Management Consulting Analyst

About the role

Join the leading Sourcing & Procurement consulting team in Romania, supporting digital transformation projects for major clients. As a Management Consulting Analyst you will work within the Managed Services team, delivering application management, troubleshooting, and configuration of e‑procurement platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Application Management Services (AMS) including Service Desk, Incident Management, Release Management, end‑user support and training.
• Enable suppliers and content, manage cXML vendor enablement, and perform system configuration enhancements and administration.
• Communicate with international client stakeholders, end users and suppliers via phone and email.
• Support large‑scale global implementation projects and post‑go‑live services.
• Collaborate with a distributed global network to share knowledge and ensure delivery quality.

Required profile

• Curious, proactive analyst with strong communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of client‑facing experience.
• Good presentation abilities and strong teamwork in distributed environments.
• Passion for sourcing & procurement, innovation and emerging technologies.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑procurement tools such as Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, Ariba.
• Familiarity with cXML vendor enablement.
