Lead AI Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Lead AI Solutions Engineer will work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills that enable AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, constraints, and outcomes.
• Analyse business requirements, documentation, and reference materials.
• Identify workflows and use cases suitable for Claude Code Skills.
• Design, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills and supporting scripts.
• Translate complex business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents.
• Evaluate skill behaviour with realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience using Claude Code in real software‑development or business‑workflow scenarios.
• Experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for AI coding agents.
• Strong understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.
• Proven software engineering experience with production‑quality solutions.
• Ability to transform business requirements into clear technical designs and executable workflows.
