Laboratory Analysis Engineer

About the role

As a Laboratory Analysis Engineer you will join Bosch’s Cluj plant to lead physicochemical testing of new products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure analytical results meet quality, cost and delivery expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and execute physicochemical analyses according to internal standards.
• Collect, evaluate and report sample data, ensuring timely delivery of results.
• Develop and implement new analytical methods and techniques.
• Support other departments by estimating analysis cost and time, and by solving technical issues.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations at various levels.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related field.
• Experience with complex technical projects and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of physical, chemical and mechanical effects on system behaviour.
• Intermediate English; German is a plus.
