Junior Procurement Analyst (Entry Level)

About the role

Join the largest Sourcing & Procurement consulting team in Romania and help shape the future of Managed Services within the Business Solution Group. As a Junior Procurement Analyst you will support application management services for leading global clients, working with tools such as Coupa, Ivalua and Ariba.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support via phone and email to international stakeholders, end users and suppliers.
• Participate in Service Desk, Release Management, End‑User Training and Supplier Enablement activities.
• Assist with cXML vendor enablement, system configuration enhancements and routine system administration tasks.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams on large‑scale implementation and post‑go‑live projects.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of client‑facing experience.
• Strong presentation, teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Passion for sourcing, procurement and digital transformation.

Required skills

• Experience with e‑procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa or Ivalua.
• Familiarity with cXML vendor enablement.
