Junior Commercial Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Commercial Executive with a strong hunter mindset to identify, approach, and onboard new commercial partners in a fast‑paced, international environment. The role is outbound‑oriented, focusing on opening new markets and building profitable partnerships from scratch.

Key responsibilities

• Actively identify, research, and approach new suppliers and commercial partners, especially in emerging markets.
• Own the end‑to‑end partner acquisition process, from first contact to onboarding.
• Continuously scout the market to uncover new, competitive, and scalable partnership opportunities.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to secure profitable, long‑term partnerships.
• Build, maintain, and expand the supplier and partner database.
• Support the full purchasing cycle with a strong commercial mindset and monitor market trends, pricing evolution, and new revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• Interest in IT, telecom, or technology markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• 1‑2 years of experience in a commercial role.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
