Junior AI Developer – Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform

About the role

PwC is seeking a Junior AI Developer to join its CEE IT Digital Solutions team in Bucharest. You will work on innovative AI‑powered solutions for business users, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building, testing, deploying, and supporting AI‑based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Azure.
• Configure and maintain AI agents, workflows, topics, prompts, and integrations.
• Support the development of AI‑enabled business applications, prototypes, and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Integrate Microsoft services, APIs, and business applications such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL.
• Participate in solution testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge‑sharing materials.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in software development, application support, automation, or Power Platform.
• Strong interest in AI, generative AI, intelligent automation, and modern digital technologies.
• Basic Python programming skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools and continuously develop technical expertise.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
