IT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to join a leading B2B gaming solutions provider in Bucharest. The role involves delivering first‑ and second‑level support for hardware, software and network environments, ensuring smooth operations for studio users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑level technical support via email, phone or ticketing system, and escalate complex issues.
• Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches and firewalls, to minimise downtime.
• Set up, configure and maintain IT equipment such as computers, servers, printers and perform component repairs.
• Install, update and configure software applications, manage licensing and resolve compatibility issues.
• Manage user accounts, groups and permissions in Active Directory.
• Administer Windows and Linux servers, apply patches and ensure security compliance.
• Support virtualization platforms and storage solutions.
• Coordinate with service providers to resolve internet connectivity problems.
• Document solutions and maintain a knowledge base.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of IT support experience with a focus on networking and systems administration.
• Strong communication skills and ability to assist non‑technical users.
• Customer‑oriented attitude and willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
