IT Enduser Services Coordinator

About the role

As a member of PwC’s Technology User Experience team, the IT Enduser Services Coordinator ensures smooth delivery of technology services to internal users. The role focuses on coordinating hardware and software requests, processing tickets, and supporting continuous improvement of end‑user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and fulfill IT service requests for end‑user devices, peripherals, and non‑standard equipment.
• Order, deploy, and integrate hardware, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Process service tickets, communicate status between users, external providers, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation of requests and activities in the ticketing system.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to streamline service operations.
• Provide guidance to end users on IT processes and available services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience coordinating service requests in an IT or corporate environment (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
• Basic understanding of IT hardware and software lifecycle processes (beneficial).

Required skills

• ITIL v4/v5 Foundation (nice to have).
