Integrated Business Planning Manager (IBP)

About the role

The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager will lead tactical demand management for Euromaster markets, aligning supply with sales trends and corporate strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead data‑driven demand management to balance market stocks with sales trends and supply availability.
• Coordinate demand planning, translating country priorities into risk‑adjusted supply requirements.
• Monitor supply‑chain performance (forecast accuracy, stock levels, service) and identify risks or opportunities.
• Drive optimal stock profiling across warehouses and networks in line with brand policy.
• Facilitate the Country S&OP process, challenge assumptions, and provide validated demand, supply, and inventory plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of supply‑chain planning experience with international exposure.
• At least 5 years in S&OP/IBP roles.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
• Strong transversal leadership and analytical thinking in a fast‑paced matrix organization.

• IS/IT tools for planning and analytics.
