Identity & Access Management (IAM) Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated IAM Operations Specialist to join our global Tier 2 IAM Operations team. You will support the operation, maintenance and improvement of multiple identity and access management services in a fast‑paced enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for IAM services such as PingFederate, PingAccess, Delinea Secret Server, Symantec VIP, Microsoft Authenticator, SailPoint IdentityNow, Quest and Hitachi Password Managers.
• Install security patches, perform version upgrades, support bug fixes, tune performance and generate reporting for IAM products.
• Coordinate guidance during critical service outages and incidents.
• Gather requirements and implement Single Sign‑On (SSO) with third‑party applications.
• Onboard privileged accounts into Delinea Secret Server and configure SailPoint IdentityNow access certifications.
• Conduct product migration analysis, vulnerability scans and disaster‑recovery exercises.
• Automate security functions using Java, Linux scripting, PowerShell and product APIs.

Required profile

• Minimum MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years supporting large‑scale enterprise IAM environments.
• Experience with real‑time event support and moderated services in an operational setting.
• Fluent English communication, both verbal and written.
