Human Resources Specialist – Bucharest

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Specialist to join our Imagine Live HR Department in Bucharest. You will play a key role in attracting, onboarding, and supporting our talent while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: develop strategies, post jobs, source candidates, screen, interview and conduct reference checks.
• Organise and support recruitment events to boost talent acquisition.
• Enhance onboarding by creating structured orientation programs and continuous feedback loops.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries and support managers with performance and conduct issues.
• Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives and culture‑building activities.
• Collect and analyse employee feedback through surveys and coordinate follow‑up actions.
• Support benefits enrolment, coordinate with third‑party providers, and help gather data for compensation benchmarking.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labour laws, maintain accurate employee records, and participate in regular HR policy audits.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Knowledge of Romanian labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to handle multiple HR processes simultaneously and work collaboratively with managers.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational and administrative abilities.
