HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to act as a strategic partner to senior leadership and guide an international team of HR Business Partners. The role focuses on aligning global HR initiatives with local business needs, enhancing employee experience, and supporting organizational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and senior leaders on staffing, performance, and employee development.
• Lead and coordinate an international team of HR Business Partners.
• Coach, develop, and support the HR team and related functions.
• Monitor and manage the HR budget and external vendor relationships.
• Analyze HR data and KPIs to generate insights and drive decisions.
• Develop and implement retention strategies and reduce turnover.
• Support and lead organizational change and transformation projects.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and tools.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including managerial responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation and current trends.
• Experience with HR metrics and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on.
• Advanced English required; French is a plus.
