HR Generalist with Czech

About the role

Join a dynamic HR team where you will support employees and managers across Romania while using your Czech language skills. The position follows a hybrid schedule (Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑18:00) and offers opportunities to develop HR expertise in a global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR databases with new hires, terminations, personal data changes and leave of absence information.
• Gather and share relevant HR information with other departments and respond to employee inquiries, including voice/contact‑center support when required.
• Collect, verify, organize and file personnel records and documentation.
• Provide input for payroll processing and generate HR documents such as reference letters.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to execute HR processes and ensure accurate documentation.
• Capture new knowledge in the internal knowledge base and keep process documentation up to date.

Required profile

• B2 proficiency in Czech and English.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of HR administration experience (or strong advantage).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Team‑player attitude and ability to resolve urgent matters.
