HR Generalist (French Speaking)

About the role

Join a dynamic HR Service Delivery team where you will support employees across multiple locations while developing your career in a bilingual environment. The position is hybrid, allowing you to work from Bucharest or Brașov and remotely as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update HR databases with new hires, terminations, personal data changes, and leave of absence information.
• Gather and relay relevant information between departments to ensure smooth HR processes.
• Provide voice or contact‑center support for employee HR inquiries when required.
• Collect, verify, organize, and update personnel records and documentation.
• Prepare exit documentation for departing employees.
• Assist with pre‑payroll activities, rewards & recognition programs, and creation of HR documents such as reference letters.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to execute HR procedures.
• Capture new knowledge in internal databases and keep process documentation current.

Required profile

• B2 level proficiency in French and English.
• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR‑related role.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to address urgent matters promptly.
