Head of Workforce Management & Business Intelligence

About the role

We are looking for a visionary leader to head our Workforce Management (WFM) and Business Intelligence (BI) division in Bucharest. In this senior position you will shape strategy, drive data‑centric decision making and ensure optimal workforce performance across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive WFM strategies to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Lead the development and execution of BI initiatives that support data‑driven decisions.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of WFM and BI professionals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align WFM and BI practices with business goals.
• Monitor industry trends and adopt best practices for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in workforce management and business intelligence.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
