Growth Marketing Manager - Crowdfunding / Fundraising Platform

Donaboon is an early (MVP) stage crowdfunding platform helping people raise funds for personal needs, social causes, education, hobbies, travel, animals, and community projects.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (Digital Growth Specialist) who wants to join us at an early stage and help create the promotion strategy of the product.

Important:

Donaboon is currently bootstrapped, so we don't have a salary budget yet. We offer equity in the company and the opportunity to become part of the project's long-term growth.

This is an opportunity to build real product experience, grow your portfolio, and work with an experienced startup team while having creative freedom.

What you'll do

• Go-to-market strategy — who Donaboon targets first and in which countries/communities.

• Fundraiser acquisition — getting NGOs, shelters, volunteers and individuals to actually create projects.

• Donor acquisition — building traffic and donations to those projects.

• Paid acquisition — Meta/Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok.

• Content strategy — stories, videos, testimonials, project success stories.

• Community/outreach — contacting NGOs, animal shelters, local communities, influencers, etc.

• SEO — getting searches such as “where can I create a fundraiser in Romania?” to lead to Donaboon.

• Analytics/funnels — measuring visitor > registration > project creation > first donation.

• Growth experiments — testing different countries, niches, messages and acquisition channels.
