About the role

We are seeking German‑speaking professionals to join our Bucharest team as Technical Customer Support Representatives. In this voice‑based position you will assist customers with home‑appliance related queries, diagnose technical issues and deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide German language technical support via phone calls.
• Answer customer questions about home‑appliance products and troubleshoot problems.
• Identify customer needs, guide them through resolutions and document interactions.
• Follow established processes and use internal ticketing tools to log cases.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams when escalations are required.

Required profile

• Fluent German with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and problem‑solving ability.
• Ability to work on‑site in Bucharest for the initial training period.
• Motivation to transition to a hybrid work model after three months based on performance.
