Key responsibilities

• Facilitate live game sessions in German, keeping the atmosphere energetic and engaging.
• Ensure fair play by monitoring game rules and overseeing gameplay.
• Interact with players, answer questions and create a welcoming environment.
• Operate game‑related technology and systems to guarantee smooth sessions.
• Collect player feedback and relay insights to the development team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain service excellence and meet company objectives.

Required profile

• Fluent German with excellent verbal communication; English proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer interaction, hosting or presentation roles.
• Strong interest and knowledge of the gaming industry, especially live and online formats.
• High energy and enthusiasm when engaging diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude to resolve player issues quickly.
