German Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive German‑speaking Customer Support professional to join our team supporting UniCredit Germany clients. The role involves handling inquiries across phone, email and chat while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for our diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service via phone, email and chat channels.
• Address client questions about banking products and services efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with teammates and other departments to improve the overall customer journey.
• Offer feedback on process efficiency and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Fluent German and proficient English.
• Previous customer support experience, preferably in banking or finance.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
