Enterprise Account Manager - Data Storage Solutions

About the role

Huawei Europe is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive sales of data storage solutions within the large‑enterprise segment in Romania. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with key vertical market customers and delivering end‑to‑end hardware solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow key vertical market accounts in the enterprise sector, especially large enterprises and public‑sector organisations.
• Lead solution‑selling activities and engage CXO‑level stakeholders.
• Manage customer relationships, create vertical market sales guidelines and solution white papers.
• Coordinate with R&D, integration and packaging teams to tailor hardware solutions.
• Establish sustainable strategic partnerships between Huawei and target customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (technical or IT‑related preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise sales experience in ICT or IT hardware companies.
• Proven track record selling hardware solutions such as data storage, servers or infrastructure technologies.
• Experience managing public‑sector accounts with long‑cycle, tender‑based procurement.
• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to build long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Romania and occasionally abroad.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
