English‑Speaking Customer Advisor – iGaming (Bucharest)

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Advisor to join our fast‑growing iGaming team in Bucharest. You will be the first point of contact for English‑speaking players, delivering personalised support across chat, email and phone while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable gaming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, personalised assistance to players via live chat, email and phone.
• Resolve queries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, responsible gaming and technical issues.
• Offer product advice and promote promotions to maximise player engagement.
• Monitor and flag suspicious behaviour in line with security and responsible‑gaming policies.
• Collaborate with payments, technical and other support teams to ensure swift issue resolution.
• Stay up‑to‑date with company guidelines, gaming regulations and compliance standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in English with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Previous experience in customer service, online support or the iGaming sector is a strong advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving, active listening and adaptability to diverse customer needs.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Collaborative attitude and commitment to personal and professional growth.
