Embedded Software Engineer – ADAS Functions

About the role

We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer to develop and deliver advanced driver assistance (ADAS) functions for next‑generation vehicles. You will translate system requirements into robust vehicle control software, ensuring safety, performance and driver comfort.

Key responsibilities

• Define software design for ADAS driving functions.
• Develop and maintain embedded C/C++ code for longitudinal and lateral control, driver assistance, and safety features.
• Drive requirements analysis, implementation, reviews and traceability.
• Support vehicle testing, calibration and performance optimisation.
• Create engineering tools and automation scripts using Python.
• Analyse vehicle measurements and system behaviour with Vector toolchain.
• Collaborate with system architects, vehicle dynamics and safety teams.
• Participate in software verification, validation and integration activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in C/C++ development for embedded systems.
• Good understanding of software development processes and real‑time systems.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication for documenting architecture and APIs.
