Dutch-speaking iGaming Customer Support Advisor (Bucharest)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent Dutch speaker to join our fast‑growing international iGaming team in Bucharest. As a Customer Support Advisor you will help Dutch‑speaking players enjoy a seamless gaming experience across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance to Dutch‑speaking players via live chat, email and phone.
• Resolve queries related to accounts, payments, bonuses, technical issues and responsible gaming.
• Explain iGaming products, promotions and campaigns to maximise player engagement.
• Identify and flag unusual player behaviour in line with security and responsible gambling policies.
• Collaborate with support, compliance, payments and technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay updated on company guidelines, Dutch and European gaming regulations, and internal compliance standards.
• Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and continuous process improvements.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Dutch with strong English communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, iGaming, technical support or online client engagement.
• Excellent problem‑solving, active listening and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using chat tools.
• Comfort with online platforms commonly used in the iGaming industry.
