Digital Marketing Specialist - CRO & Affiliates

About the role

Provident Romania is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its Digital team in Bucharest. The role blends analytics, optimization and partner management to improve the digital experience of customers and grow the performance of the affiliate channel. It covers conversion rate optimization (CRO), UX and web analytics, and the day-to-day management and reporting of the affiliate program.

Key responsibilities

• Create, monitor and analyze web conversion funnels across online application journeys
• Identify UX and CRO opportunities using GA4, ContentSquare (funnels, heatmaps, session recordings) and run optimization experiments, measuring and reporting their impact
• Work with developers, agencies and internal stakeholders to implement insights
• Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners and produce monthly performance reports
• Grow the affiliate program by identifying new partners, negotiating terms and defining tracking and measurement solutions with IT teams
• Support other digital marketing activities such as SEO and paid media as priorities and workload allow

Required profile

• 2-4 years in CRO, UX, digital analytics or performance marketing with a technical/analytical component
• Experience running A/B tests and CRO programs
• Experience managing external partners, vendors or accounts, including reporting, regular communication and basic commercial negotiation
• Analytical, hypothesis-driven, proactive and customer-oriented, able to run several workstreams in parallel
• Advanced written and spoken English, working with international teams

Required skills

• GA4, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Office Suite
• Heatmap, zoning and session-recording tools (ContentSquare, Hotjar or similar)
• Nice to have: SEO and/or PPC (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), basic HTML/CSS/JS, affiliate management platform experience, regulated or financial-services background
