DevOps Team Leader

About the role

The DevOps Team Leader will guide a high‑performing team in designing, implementing and maintaining automated delivery pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will combine technical expertise with people‑management to ensure reliable, secure and scalable services.

Key responsibilities

• Coach team members, provide performance feedback and conduct regular one‑to‑one meetings.
• Recruit, hire and onboard new talent, handling related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with other team managers and functional peers across the organization.
• Report to internal and external customers while ensuring compliance with Bosch and external regulations.
• Oversee design, implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible and Helm.
• Lead containerization and orchestration efforts with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting solutions (e.g., Elastic Stack) and drive DevSecOps best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a team‑lead or supervisory role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with remote teams.
• Proven track record of delivering reliable, automated software solutions.

Required skills

• CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Terraform, Ansible, Helm.
• Docker and Kubernetes.
• Azure cloud services.
• Elastic Stack for monitoring, logging and alerting.
• DevSecOps practices, including vulnerability management and security scanning.
• Definition and enforcement of SLAs, SLOs and error budgets.
