About the role

Join PwC's External Audit team in Bucharest as a Developing Senior Auditor focused on the financial services sector. You will work with well‑known banks and international clients, using modern technology to enhance audit quality and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing audit strategies and detailed audit plans, including risk assessments.
• Execute operational audit activities such as data collection, testing, and quality review.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to deliver projects on time and to PwC’s quality standards.
• Continuously learn and apply new audit, project‑management, and time‑management skills.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or graduating within the next 12 months from any discipline.
• Strong analytical abilities and data‑interpretation skills.
• Motivated to learn, curious, and open‑minded.
• Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Upper‑intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
