Customer Marketing Manager – Romania, Turkey & Greece

About the role

The Customer Marketing Manager will drive and coordinate marketing programmes with partners across Romania, Turkey and Greece, aligning with Michelin’s regional go‑to‑market strategy. Based in Bucharest, you will work closely with sales, distribution and partner teams to boost brand performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored marketing tactics for each market, channel and geography within the assigned perimeter.
• Conduct regular business reviews, monitor performance and initiate corrective actions.
• Build and nurture partner relationships, creating documentation and customised programmes.
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximise Michelin and partner results in line with distribution strategy.
• Provide partners with updates, training solutions and performance measurement, proposing improvements as needed.
• Manage projects ensuring alignment with customer specifications and requirements.
• Promote the Sell‑Out approach with selected customers and sales forces to reinforce joint performance.
• Track customer satisfaction and contribute to action plans for improvement.

Required profile

• Solid experience in marketing, preferably B2B.
• Proven track record of working with partners or dealers and designing customer programmes.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a solution‑focused attitude.
