Customer Care Consultant (German)

About the role

We are seeking a German‑speaking Customer Care Consultant to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO provider. The role supports business clients, drivers, fuel stations and partners across Europe, handling account, transaction and service enquiries via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer requests through phone and email.
• Assist clients with account‑related enquiries, transactions, balances and service usage.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer‑related issues.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards.
• Maintain precise customer and case documentation in internal systems.
• Utilise multiple internal tools and systems to manage customer interactions.

Required profile

• Fluent German language skills.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment after training.
• Experience in handling phone and email support is preferred.
