Controller – Sales Controlling & Pricing

About the role

We are looking for a Controller to join our Customer Team at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. In this role you will support sales controlling and pricing activities, working with worldwide teams to plan, track and report key performance indicators.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, deployment, tracking and reporting of sales KPIs.
• Manage current forecast planning, target business plan and year‑end closure activities across global teams.
• Perform complex data and deviation analysis and ensure data quality through plausibility checks.
• Collect and analyse data for business reports that provide insight into key metrics.
• Optimize processes and tools related to sales controlling and pricing.
• Define, evaluate and specify new business requirements.
• Interact regularly with stakeholders and represent the division to Bosch Mobility Central and other divisions.
• Train associates on processes and tool updates and support tool testing and roll‑outs.

Required profile

• University or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in controlling, sales reporting or a similar function.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with worldwide teams.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Advanced Excel, including macros and VBA.
• Experience building Power‑BI dashboards.
