About the role
We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Manager to lead our acquisition team in Brasov. You will be responsible for driving commercial performance, shaping strategy, and coaching a small group of buyers in a fast‑paced, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 4–5 buyers, ensuring targets are met.
- Manage daily acquisition operations with a hands‑on, strategic approach.
- Coach, evaluate, and develop team members to reach their full potential.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance data and report to senior management.
- Shape commercial strategy and propose action plans to exceed objectives.
- Collaborate with buying, marketing and other commercial functions.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.
- People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team.
- Results‑focused with a strong drive for measurable outcomes.
- Hands‑on attitude, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
- Confident communication in English (B2+) and German (B1+).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
