Commercial Team Leader (English required)

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Leader to manage our acquisition team in Iasi. You will work in a fast‑paced, international environment, turning commercial goals into measurable outcomes while supporting a multicultural team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and propose actionable plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members toward high performance.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a passion for developing others.
• Results‑focused and comfortable with measurable targets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Required skills

• Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
