Cloud Solution Architect

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara is looking for a Cloud Solution Architect to design and deliver secure, scalable Azure‑based solutions for enterprise applications. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to modernize workloads and drive cloud transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, focusing on security, scalability, and resilience.
• Consult with business units to define hosting, modernization (PaaS, containers, serverless) and migration strategies.
• Architect robust networking across cloud and hybrid environments using VNets, Azure Firewall, Private Endpoints, and load balancers.
• Lead migration initiatives, ensuring compliance, governance, and security best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight to development and operations teams.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver cost‑effective, high‑performance solutions.
• Continuously optimize the environment for security, availability, performance, and cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in cloud architecture or engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Proven track record leading cloud migrations, security hardening, governance, monitoring and cost‑optimization projects.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills with a consultative mindset.
