Clinical Supply Chain Manager – Remote

About the role

The Clinical Supply Chain Manager will lead the operational and financial aspects of clinical trial supplies across the full project life‑cycle, working remotely with customers, vendors and investigative sites worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clinical trial supplies for assigned studies, ensuring compliance with GMP, GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee operational delivery and financial performance of the Clinical Supplies team.
• Identify, contract and manage approved vendors, monitoring deliverables and financial terms.
• Define supply requirements with packaging and distribution vendors and maintain drug distribution plans.
• Maintain project information in databases, oversee inventory and resupply plans, and provide reports to customers and management.
• Develop contingency and risk‑mitigation strategies, and support bid defense meetings for new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in CRO, pharmaceutical or biotechnology project management or clinical trial supplies management.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices and related regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• High competency in English (written and spoken).
