Clinical Independent Rater - Romanian Speaker

About the role

IQVIA is looking for a Clinical Independent Rater who speaks Romanian, working remotely. The role reviews scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessment practices in clinical trials, with an estimated workload of 10 to 16 hours per month.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in orientation, training and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, keeping all documents and assessment materials ready.
• Conduct patient interviews and clinical assessments with study participants.
• Administer, score and interpret clinical rating scales and structured interviews.
• Give live feedback to raters on methodology, interview techniques and scoring accuracy.
• Complete assessments and rater interactions on schedule and submit documentation and reports on time.

Required profile

• Master's degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing or Social Work (equivalent); MD, DO or PhD preferred.
• At least 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales and/or structured clinical interviews (PANSS and SCID).
• At least 3 years of clinical trial experience with psychiatric populations.
• At least 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).
• Fluency in English and native-level Romanian (Moldova).
