Business Unit Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Unit Manager to lead an operational team and drive both operational and financial performance within an assigned business perimeter. The role is responsible for ensuring service excellence, process compliance, team development and continuous improvement while supporting overall company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement business strategies aligned with corporate goals and operational targets.
• Oversee daily operations, guaranteeing efficient workflows across the unit.
• Manage the end‑to‑end ordering process, minimizing financial and cancellation risks.
• Monitor key performance indicators, initiate improvement actions and uphold service quality.
• Lead, coach and develop team members through performance reviews and development plans.
• Promote digital transformation and the adoption of AI solutions to boost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, purchasing, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary interface with clients and business partners to resolve operational challenges.
• Participate in budget preparation and financial performance monitoring.
