Business Analyst - ERP Software Solutions

About the role

Axians Infoma Romania, a software and consulting company serving local government administrations and public facilities, is looking for a Business Analyst in Brașov. The role bridges customers, business stakeholders and development teams, analysing requirements, defining solutions and supporting the implementation of ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements, business processes and operational challenges
• Capture, structure and document business and functional requirements
• Define acceptance criteria and support user stories and functional specifications
• Develop concepts and solution designs for extending and improving existing ERP solutions
• Collaborate with customers, product management and development teams
• Conduct functional testing, acceptance testing and quality assurance, and ensure module quality
• Act as key contact for product questions and business processes, and contribute to process improvement and digitalisation

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Administrative Sciences or a comparable qualification
• Strong understanding of business, commercial or financial processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented
• Interest in digital transformation, business process optimisation and software solutions
• Good German, written and spoken

Required skills

• Nice to have: ERP experience (finance, administration or public sector)
• Nice to have: business analysis, requirements engineering or process management experience
• Nice to have: project management or coordination experience
• Nice to have: knowledge of accounting, controlling or municipal finance processes
• Nice to have: Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Agile Requirements Management)
• Nice to have: close work with software development teams
