Bartender – Radisson Bucharest Hotel

About the role

The Radisson Bucharest Hotel, a 5-star property of the Radisson Hotel Group, is looking for a bartender to join its Food & Beverage service team. The team acts as sophisticated hosts who anticipate guests' needs and deliver a hospitality experience that goes above and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Serve bar and restaurant guests promptly, courteously and in line with hotel rules and corporate service standards
• Take food and drink orders, verify and record them accurately in the operating system (Micros)
• Promote additional sales professionally and politely, using knowledge of the bar menu, wine and beer list and drink ingredients
• Check on clients, inform them of last call, process checks and arrange bar furniture
• Keep the bar area well-stocked, clean and orderly
• Coordinate with the Bar/Restaurant Manager on arrangements and reservations, and handle intoxicated customers appropriately
• Comply with alcohol and spirits policies, keep spirits locked at the end of the shift and submit to security checks for order registration in Micros
• Take part in inventories and spot checks, know stock levels and communicate needs to purchasing
• Maintain professional appearance, avoid eating or drinking during service, and keep salary and operational information confidential
