Audio/Video Designer – Creative Design

About the role

We are looking for an Audio/Video (AV) Designer to own Uvation’s visual and audio‑visual identity across digital, print and video channels. You will drive the full creative process—from concept and graphic design to video production and audio mixing—ensuring a consistent brand experience on websites, social media, presentations and campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and colour‑grade video content for marketing, product demos, social media and internal communications.
• Create motion graphics, animated explainer videos and reusable branded video templates.
• Record, edit and mix voice‑overs and other audio assets to professional quality.
• Maintain an organized library of video and motion assets for recurring use.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and development teams on video strategy and brand guidelines.
• Manage AV equipment, lighting and recording setups for shoots.
• Handle project timelines, budgets and cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX and audio/video production with a strong portfolio covering both disciplines.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting design specifications and deadlines.

Required skills

• Design & UI/UX tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Jira.
• Audio/Video tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, DaVinci Resolve (preferred).
• Practical knowledge of camera operation, lighting setup and audio recording equipment.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS, and understanding of video codecs, aspect ratios and export formats for web and social platforms.
