AOS & Lean Internship

About the role

We are looking for a motivated student to join Airbus Aerostructures in Brasov as an AOS & Lean Intern. The role supports managers and teams with operational, planning and organisational tasks, ensuring efficiency and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational activities and workflow coordination.
• Support planning processes, data collection and reporting.
• Help implement Lean methodologies to improve productivity.
• Monitor compliance risks and contribute to integrity‑focused initiatives.
• Prepare documentation, presentations and meeting minutes as required.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university programme (e.g., engineering, business, or related fields).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills in English.
