AI Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an AI Business Analyst to join our CEE IT Digital Solutions team in Bucharest. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, solution architects, and project managers to shape AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and manage business requirements for automation and AI‑based initiatives.
• Identify, assess and prioritise process‑improvement and AI opportunities.
• Document current‑state and future‑state processes using maps and diagrams.
• Use AI tools and rapid‑prototyping to validate concepts and support requirement discovery.
• Prepare and maintain Solution Design Documents and obtain stakeholder sign‑off.
• Define business acceptance criteria, success measures and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
• Support compliance, governance and Responsible AI activities throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or automation projects.
• Proven ability to capture, document and manage functional and business requirements.
• Experience creating proof‑of‑concepts or prototypes with low‑code/AI tools.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
