Zone Manager

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Zone Manager to lead Order Control operations across multiple business units in Iasi. The role focuses on driving operational excellence, aligning activities with corporate objectives, and enhancing overall business performance within the assigned zone.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement Order Control strategies and performance plans for each business unit.
• Lead, coach and support Business Unit Managers to meet operational and financial targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and launch continuous‑improvement projects.
• Integrate digital solutions and AI opportunities into ordering processes.
• Optimize workload, allocate resources and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Manage operational risks, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the main interface on complex operational matters.
• Participate in budget preparation and track financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in a multi‑unit environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives.
