Working Student – Sales Planning (Cluj‑Napoca)

About the role

This position offers a working student the chance to develop sales‑planning expertise in a multicultural environment at Bosch Engineering Center Cluj. You will support customer market planning and current forecast activities while gaining exposure to various planning and sales‑controlling tools.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and analyse data for Customer Market Planning (volume and price planning).
• Support current forecast processes, including planning, tracking and reporting.
• Create reports to calculate KPIs, turnover and other performance metrics.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal meetings.
• Independently handle routine and ad‑hoc tasks as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate student, preferably studying economics or a related field.
• Interest in working in a multicultural, international setting.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities is a plus.
• Dedicated, flexible, team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced computer operating skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Programming skills are a plus.
