About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student in the Controlling area. You will support senior analysts with financial and performance analyses that influence strategic decisions, while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in delivering financial and performance analyses.
• Run, monitor, test, and consolidate reports, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on high‑impact projects across diverse systems, applications, and databases.
• Contribute to process optimisation and support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive, curious, and able to take responsibility beyond assigned tasks.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and committed to delivering high‑quality work.
• Ambitious mindset with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
