Teamcenter Active Workspace Solution Architect

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) Solution Architect to lead PLM transformation initiatives in complex engineering and manufacturing environments. The role will define architecture, roadmaps and implementation approaches for modern web‑based user experiences while migrating from legacy Teamcenter clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define the target AWC architecture, roadmap, scope, dependencies and implementation approach.
• Translate business requirements, UX needs and Rich Client fit‑gap analyses into end‑to‑end AWC solution designs.
• Set architecture guardrails for AWC configuration and customization, including commands, stylesheets, preferences, workflows, services and data model changes.
• Collaborate with business, enterprise, data, integration, security and product teams to ensure scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Review designs for usability, performance, security, scalability, upgradeability and long‑term maintainability.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, PLM Architect or senior Teamcenter consultant/developer.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter and Teamcenter Active Workspace in engineering or manufacturing settings.
• Experience delivering solutions in Agile delivery teams alongside product owners, UX specialists and developers.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to produce clear architecture documentation.
