Team Leader – Commercial Sourcing

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Team Leader to head our Commercial Sourcing team in Brasov. You will guide a group of 10+ collaborators, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and targets are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of more than ten commercial sourcing professionals.
• Oversee daily activities, monitor performance against KPIs and ensure targets are met.
• Analyse results, prepare reports and propose corrective action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and retain talent to sustain high performance.

Required profile

• Minimum six months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a proven ability to inspire, coach and empower teams.
• Results‑driven, hands‑on and comfortable working side‑by‑side with the team.
• Fluent English (B2+); comfortable in a multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree.
