Store Manager – Bucharest Park Lake

About the role

As the Store Manager for Levi Strauss & Co. at the Park Lake location in Bucharest, you will lead the store’s daily operations and champion the brand’s values. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing the team and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profit and loss targets by identifying and implementing sales opportunities.
• Motivate, mentor and manage the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Control costs and oversee store operations including stock management, payroll, administration and staff rotas.
• Monitor key performance indicators, generate reports and communicate action plans to the District Manager.
• Analyze commercial data and take corrective actions to meet KPI goals.
• Lead team training, share product knowledge and recruit high‑calibre team members.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Proven experience managing a retail team and developing talent.
• Track record of meeting KPIs and controlling costs in a fast‑paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience handling store operations, stock and administrative duties.
