Solutions Architect / Engineer

About the role

Solutions Architects / Engineers work with internal teams to design and implement enterprise‑level solutions for TransPerfect’s international clients using the GlobalLink suite of products.

Key responsibilities

• Draft project plans with implementation details, timelines, and risk analysis.
• Coordinate with client internal teams and oversee GlobalLink product implementation.
• Execute and verify configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements.
• Act as primary technical point of contact and escalation for clients.
• Assist support teams with client configuration issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management to report technical issues and request new functionalities.
• Coordinate installation, set‑up, and upgrades of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators.
• Create custom MySQL reports for clients.
• Mentor new team members and prepare trainings and procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, documentation, and analytical abilities.
• Effective time and project management with a collaborative attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with GlobalLink suite and configuration.
• MySQL reporting and query skills.
• Knowledge of language technology: CAT tools, translation environments, localization tools, machine translation, post‑editing, terminology and translation memory tools.
• Familiarity with Veeva document management solutions.
• Understanding of CMS / PIM systems.
