Software Engineer Backend(Django)

About the role

We are looking for a Backend Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain server‑side components of our web applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality software design and architecture, creating efficient APIs for the frontend team.
• Write clean, functional, and scalable Python code using Django and Django Rest Framework.
• Integrate frontend elements with server‑side logic and coordinate with UI developers.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and security, addressing technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to devise testing strategies and execute test scripts.
• Perform regular maintenance, updates, and feature enhancements to improve system functionality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
