Site Contracts Specialist – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Site Contracts Specialist to support contract management for clinical trial sites in Romania. The role involves coordinating contract documents, budgets, and ensuring compliance with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer all contract management processes, including coordination with protocol, consent, investigator, vendor, and customer agreements.
• Lead multi‑country projects, negotiate and prepare contracts and budgets for industry‑sponsored clinical trials.
• Perform quality control, execute CTAs, archive documents, and capture metadata.
• Support business development, represent Site Contracts/SSU in internal or customer meetings, and track contract milestones.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, and clinical operations to resolve contractual and budgetary issues.
• Maintain contract templates, databases, and train junior staff on SOPs.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Public Health or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive contract management experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical development, ICH GCP, and trial start‑up processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
