Site Activation – Future Roles

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking professionals to join its Site Activation team in Romania. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality start‑up activities for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with local regulations and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage country‑level deliverables, track milestones in real time and investigate any delays.
• Prepare and submit essential regulatory documents to local ethics committees, competent authorities and hospitals.
• Support continuous improvement of Site Start‑Up (SSU) processes and maintain accurate training and timesheet records.
• Act as liaison between investigational sites and functional leads, overseeing end‑to‑end site activation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with detailed understanding of clinical trial phases II‑IV and ICH GCP.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, able to manage multiple tasks and budgets.
• Experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and problem‑solving.
